Okma, der das Down-Syndrom hat, beginnt seine Musikkarriere als Sänger in der integrativen Band „Echt Stoak“. Dort lernte er Relups kennen. Relups ist Musiktherapeut und hat seine musikalischen Wurzeln im Umfeld des Labels Audiolith. Er ist auch als Solokünstler tätig. 2006 gründen sie das Hip-Hop-Duo Okma & Relups.
