A.S. Ist ein Singer/Songwriter aus Dublin, Irland. Seine Debütsingle „Carmelita“ liefert ein schonungloses und eindringliches Bild seiner Heimatstadt.Die Songs Fannings sind meist lyrisch getrieben, mit beiden Füßen tief in literarisch irischer Tradition und Folkmusik, sowie in 60er Psychedelia und Gothic Rock'n'Roll verwurzelt.
